NCJW | MI’s 2020 Election Committee was formed to get out the vote in 2020. The first focus was on getting young people to register and to vote.
The committee:
- Has designed and distributed an absentee ballot application form and information sheet about absentee voting for college students
- Has launched Let’s Both Vote!, a campaign that encourages older relatives to reach out to their loved ones to register and vote
- Has developed and sent out a questionnaire to selected candidates for community use
- Presented “The Power of Your Vote”, a series of three webinars that focus on the November election and its aftermath
